I have Works 9 on my computer. My son typed up his resume with word processor but when he sends it to anyone they can't open it. I tried opening it on my computer at work and it won't open there either. How do you save something you've done on wordprocessor to the regular 'old microsoft word'. I am not a happy camper with this works that is on my new computer. There are no instructions in the help section and microsoft wants to charge $49.99 to give you any help.
It appears that if you are tryingto send anything done on word processor in Works 9 that no one can open it unless they have Works 9 on their computer.
